After getting him on the phone a couple weeks ago, he asked if he could call me back then no call back. After two weeks, I fired him today and now he wants to charge me for work he billed me for that was not done. His name is Peter Evins. I contacted his superior with North Star at their main office months ago when I could not get a response from Peter. He became upset that I was contacting him although I told him Peter was not answering my communications and for what I had paid out I was anxious about this deal. He basically told me never to contact him again to keep contacting Peter."
