"This was my first call to this company as the company previously used went out of business due to owner's health problems. My heat pump stopped heating over the weekend. Called Shenandoah to schedule an appt on Monday morning; Customer Service scheduled appt for the next day between 9 - 12 pm and advised I would be called when the technician was enroute. <br /> Customer Service called me Tuesday morning advising that the technician would arrive in 45 minutes - technician arrived within 25 minutes of the call. <br /> Advised technician that the compressor was running but the furnace would only hum and then shut off. The technician after inspecting the furnace determined that the blower motor was bad. He had a replacement motor for the unit; checked the sensors to ensure that they were not damaged; checked compressor unit - all okay. Heat again! <br /> Cleaned up the area of all debris. <br /> I would recommend this company and plan to contact them for a service agreement. <br />"
