"They arrived promptly and I showed them the trouble areas. The supervisor checked the stains out and decided what type of stain it was and what the cleaning procedure would be. This was a house that we had bought that previously was lived in by three young students. Needless to say the carpet had not been cleaned or kept up with regularly. They cleaned the carpet and the areas that I was concerned with cleaned up nicely. I then asked them about the tile and grout in the kitchen. They cleaned that also even though they had not expected to do that, nor did they have a special attachment to their equipment, but it turned out good. They got some towels and tried it by hand. They also helped me with some greasy stains in the garage floor with some degreaser. I couldn't have asked for more. <br />"

"The overall experience went very well in the sense that the staff (2 + a supv) seemed very competent in the execution and explanation of every step of the process. The job took 2 full days (which was much more than I had anticipated), but I guess that is to be expected for the work beyond just sealing the ducts. The overall improvement for heating and cooling capacity for the duct sealing is 40% based upon the measured leakage reduction and the original register flow.This should help to extend the life of the heating/ac units as they now have to work less in order to maintain consistent temperatures -- time will tell. The staff was very nice to work with."

"Sam McKamie and his crew were awesome. Dependable. Punctual. Professional. Kind. Knowledgeable. Clean and neat workers. Thorough. He began by giving a free, thorough estimate where he crawled under my pier and beam home and did a very thorough inspection of the current state of the old system, including taking pictures AND video. When he finished the inspection and showed me the proof in pics and video...i knew I had the company for the job. No doubt. And I was right. Never regretted it for a minute! I contacted 3 other companies. One never came to do an estimate. Two came and peered under the house without even crawling under it to do a thorough inspection--which resulted in what would have been inaccurate estimates leading to either a halfway job or additional unforeseen costs. Red River (Sam) went the extra mile, taking the time to do a thorough estimate. And the bill turned out to be the same as his estimate in my case. Might not always turn out that way for others, but it did for me. I will definitely use him in the future for all my heating and A/C needs in other homes I will either buy or build. "Called company they showed up at the time they stated they would be here, actually they were early (awesome).  Installed a total of 4 ceiling fans with lights in about 2 hours time.  He was very friendly and answered all questions that I had.  Once installed he made sure everything was working great.  He left his card and said if I had any problems to please call him and he would come and check it out.  He was extremely professional and considerate of our property. <br />"

"Roofing was excellent, going above and beyond by doing extra work to improve ridge vents previously put in by another company.  The night after they did 60% of the job we had a very hard rain and I had no leaking because they only took off the old shingles where they could install the new ones in the same day.  I was very pleased with that.  Gutter ended up good but only after a disappointing start.  I had two special areas that I warned them about several times.  When they were first done I specifically asked about those areas and was told they were good.   I later tested with water and found they still had not slanted enough, leaving way too much water in the gutters.  I felt that after specific warning it should have been tested before I was told it was good.  I suggested to their representative that he or an independent person in his employ should always check gutter work with water instead of leaving it to the home owner.  He thought that was a good idea but I did not hear a commitment to do so.  It was fixed shortly thereafter.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Painter was very good and careful not to make a mess.  Cleanup afterwards was very good. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I was told that I would receive some last paperwork in the mail including formal guarantees.  After multiple calls I eventually got them.  Some disappointment there."
