We bring all our own cleaning supplies and 95% of all cleanings are done by one service provider allowing for a more personalized experience. Oven cleaner dripped on one spot and ate the finish away on my hardwood floors. The owner did offer a free cleaning but at that point I am so totally frustrated, why bother. Shower doors were not cleaned. The list goes on and on but I should not have to tell them how to clean a home. I have paid for a cleaning service and I expect experts to clean. I had to remind them to clean the mirrors."
