He and his crew went above and beyond in the completion of the work and made sure that we completely understood what to expect. I had no idea that EVERYTHING needed to be moved out of the rooms which his crew took care of. They could easily double as a moving crew (LOL)! I would definitely hire them again for either an install, refinish, or repair work! Great job with a great sense of humor!"

"Overall, okay experience getting my floors replaced on 2 levels. I was on a time crunch and do appreciate them getting the work done in time. However, I pointed out several items that were unsatisfactory. I paid additional for painting the trim and moulding and fixing a dip in the floor, and painting the ceiling that were not completed. The crew also got some scratches on my newly painted walls. After trying to chase him down for a few months to resolve, I have given up and found another contractor. The actual flooring work was completed well, just not everything around it unfortunately."
