"John Goodfellow gave a good estimate after viewing the house. He said it would take about 2 weeks to do the work or slightly more if we chose to do the work on the outside. It was completed in time. When I noticed that they had missed painting a closet, he went over & did it even though he had been paid in full."

They were not the lowest bid, but we went with them because we felt they could deliver quality on time. They did. They were well worth the little extra they charged. They actually found more repair than they had estimated. They did not ask to increase the quote. We did up the payout because of the professional way they handled everything.
