"We hired KCB to grind out and tuckpoint a huge interior mid-century modern brick fireplace wall that had numerous cracks and some tacky previous repairs. Exclusive was not the cheapest bid (actually was in the middle), but he was offering to do more work than the other two bids and explained why he recommended not spot tuck pointing. The extra money seemed well worth it. He told us he was about 5 weeks out. With all the rain, they got delayed and he called to keep us in the loop. Once work began, they did great work, his employee was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. They even did a few things that were not explicitly on the work order so I appreciated them addressing a few extra things. I would highly recommend Dennis and his team.
