"They had to redo the closet and the 2nd attempt it was acceptable. They have terrible customer service communication and follow through. I had to initiate the communication to get things completed and the owner LIED and said he had been calling when they had not called nor texted (it?s a Business phone number they had for me, not my personal & the cell is never off as I?m on call 24/7). This all put a bad taste in my mouth with them. I wasn?t going to leave any feedback since I had nothing nice to say, but they emailed today requesting feedback so here it is."
