Once designed the shelving and cabinets were customized in their facility. Next came the expert installer Romani who did a fabulous job installing and adjusting cabinets and shelving to meet some of our last minute changes. Finally, their plumber installed the quality faucet selected by Ayca. Overall the project was finished on time, within budget with excellent quality and workmanship."

"Cindy and her team did an amazing job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We used Orchestrated Moves for two project connected with the sale of our home. First, the team helped us declutter before sale by helping me sort through years of accumulated “treasures”, boxing them, hauling them away and/or arranging for them to be donated/trashed, depending on what was appropriate. They have contacts for everything and took care of it all. Second, when we sold our house in the middle of the pandemic shut down, Cindy worked a miracle and coordinated the donation of rooms full of furniture to a local thrift shop, the transfer of some specialty items to interested buyers and the disposal of all remaining trash - all while donation centers and the County dump were closed. "Because three people came we were even more pleased with the service and price. Two focused on the upstairs, while the third cleaned the ground floor bath and dusted and vacuumed the dining room, hallway and living room. When done upstairs, all three focused on the parlor and kitchen. It was a miracle. My only feedback is that all three were short in stature and my little ladder was in use, so a few things on the ground floor on top shelves (and a couple ceiling light fixtures) weren't dusted. However, overall, it was a great result and easy to remedy."

"Everything went very well. A crew of 3 arrived at the scheduled time and got to work right away. They carefully wrapped furniture and loaded them into the truck. We packed many boxes ourselves and labeled them with destination (room name). This made it easier and saved some time. Wrapping and loading took about 1 HR. The unloading and unpacking took another hr. The crew even helped to disassemble, then reassemble some of the larger pieces of furniture (e.g., bedframes). All in all, a great experience- fast, friendly, careful (no damage!)"

The team arrived early for our 1500 hrs appointment. They consulted with the person selling the piano to us to optimize the process to exit of the piano from the back of the house to the truck. My family and I arrived shortly after that and signed the final paperwork.

The team got to work and had the piano out of the house and in the truck within 10 minutes. It was moved to our house. Unpacking and moving it into our house and to our front room probably took 5 minutes. The speed and efficiency were amazing. We watched them and the care they took to ensure the safety of the piano was comforting to us. Good job, team!

"It finally came time for us to replace two old wooden garage doors. First I did some research on garage doors in general. Lots of info on the Internet. Then I did extensive research on quality garage door contractors in my area. Used Yelp and other sources. Came up with a list of five quality candidates and sent details to each for bids. Eliminated 3 in relatively short order for various reasons. Came down to two candidates for the same two door options (either a Clopay or a CHI) -- Academy and another contractor. I focused on all decisioning points -- service, price, features, warranty, etc. Both were very close on price so that was not a discriminating factor. However, all the other factors came out very much in favor of Academy. Our sales contact, Dave McLaughlin was superb. Knowledgeable, responsive, helpful. The two managers at HQ -- John and Alan -- also very professional and responsive. So I did the order with Academy and selected the Clopay doors. Doors arrived in the time period they said. Scheduled the install. Jim and Coach (two HUGE guys!) showed up and did the install. They were even able to deal with the fact that my floor was off level just a shade. Made the doors fit well. Thanks guys! So far so good! Love the new doors! SO much better than the old ones in every way. Now I have to fix up my house b/c the garage doors are now the best part!"
