"We recently had Chesapeake Thermal come out to replace 12 windows and 2 patio doors (as well as cap a bay window.) Matt, Nancy, and John were super easy to work with to get a quote on the replacement of our original 30 yr windows. The turnaround time between initial deposit and installation was ~11 weeks; a timeframe likely impacted by the uncertainty of the ongoing pandemic. With regard to installation, Sang (and team) did a phenomenal job. They were able to finish most of the install in one day, with some additional capping work finished two days later. The difference in comfort between our original windows and replacements is dramatic. We've noticed our HVAC rarely turning on now, and the comfort across the various levels of our townhome seems to be considerably more stable. We were really impressed from start to end, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"We were so happy with the work that Energy Wizard performed installing a new front door and storm door, we decided to contact them when we needed to replace our aging roof. John and Marirose Capozzi came to our house and showed us sample colors and materials and fully explained the quality of all of the materials, the process that would be used to complete the work, how long it would take, and how they would clean up the property after the wok was completed. They showed up on time, quickly and efficiently removed the old shingles, removed a non-working attic vent, replaced a couple of deteriorated roofing boards, installed new underlayment and shingles, and cleaned up the property upon completion, as promised. Mr. Taylor arrived on time and explained what would be involved in installing the recessed lighting. What a fantastic job!! "After doing a lot of research for the right remodeler, we decided to contract Zenith Kitchen and Bath to remodel our bathrooms. We worked with Eva, their design consultant and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She took the time to understand our requirements and preferences and came up with the beautiful design for the bathrooms. Her suggestions were spot on and Eva was able to source the materials quickly and they were able to start the work as promised. The workers were very professional, considerate, respectful and did a fantastic job! Our construction manager, Cetin , visited regularly to see how things were progressing and address any concerns we had. We made a few changes along the way and they were able to accommodate them easily. They were able to finish our bathroom remodel in five weeks, and they turned out beautiful!! It was an absolute pleasure to work everyone from Zenith Kitchen and Bath and we highly recommend them!"

"This review is a bit overdue. Had new doors and windows installed in early 2021. I had a very good experience with this company and with Mr. Edward Dunn. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and also patient as he worked with me while I tried to decide among the various options for doors and windows. I felt he offered me very fair and reasonable prices compared to some other quotes I received. Am especially grateful for him even considering my business since my order was quite small, and I have been finding that, esp. during COVID times, many companies won't consider the 'smaller jobs.' There were a few problems during installation (one wrong window size, flaw in a door screen), but Mr. Dunn promptly addressed these and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I absolutely love my new windows and doors. Oh and the installers were fantastic. Really nice guys. Did outstanding, beautiful work and didn't leave a mess. I am all around very, very happy I chose this company."
