"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"We had almost 400 sq ft of tile removed and new hardwood floors put in the place. BR flooring had to tooth in the new hardwoods to the existing hardwoods in the adjoining area. After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and Marcos and his crew left the house so clean. Barely any dust anywhere! "Miguel came out the next day to look at my flooring issue. I had a water leak that caused my subfloor to weaken and become spongy. Miguel gave me a quote and asked when I was available. A date and time were set up for the repair. Miguel and help arrived on time. The area was cleaned and they took their trash with them. Miguel asked to make sure I was happy with the work. "It went well, and we would re-hire. They were able to schedule a team at relatively short notice, arrived promptly, worked quickly and we were very happy with the end result. Aaron was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The only hiccup we had was in choosing the stain color, as the tint we planned to use didn´t look the same on our wood as it had in photos of previous work they had done. This required a couple of trips back to the store by the foreman to buy alternative samples. I recommend visiting a hardwood flooring store or Home Depot to pick a tint, rather than relying on just reviewing their Instagram feed."
