"We love the fence. Originally I was thinking split rail, but Keith was right to suggest the 3 board fence I installed. He came out for the estimate when he said he would and gave me the estimate before he left my house. He is straight forward and honest. He was responsive to my calls and to my schedule. I had to back the work up a few weeks as the cement contractor doing work in the yard couldn't finish up as soon as I thought he would. Amy was my installer and she was great. She always let me know what was going on, when she would be there, or why she wouldn't. It took a little longer to install than any of us wanted, but we were sabotaged by Mother Nature for most of December! Amy made sure the weather wasn't going to cause problems somewhere down the road, so sometimes we just had to wait it out. I would rather have great quality work than a fence put in under adverse conditions. I have no doubt that if any issues which develop, they will be handled with every bit as much professionalism as the install was. Thanks you guys!"

While it took some time to get scheduled, the work performed in putting up a Nobility Aluminum Fence was good. "Our rear fence line was slowly leaning more and more each year so we called F&DD to get an estimate for repair. The sales rep was on time and we had an honest conversation about repair vs. replacement. Although our fence is older, it's still in ok condition and while a brand new fence would look great, there's still some life left in it so we opted to repair. It took about two weeks for the repair techs to make it out and the lead tech was knowledgeable and polite. He asked if it was ok to reuse any posts that were still in good condition. In trade, he would replace any pickets around the yard that were damaged. While that's certainly a win for their column as a picket is less material than a post, I thought it was an ok compromise. Work was accomplished by two techs in one day. They kept their footprint light and they walked me through the project upon completion. They replaced about half the posts and replaced about the same amount of pickets. I would certainly hire or recommend in the future."

"It looks great. It's not a 'normal' fence. I found something I wanted on Pinterest, and Skip and his crew did it exactly how I wanted. It took longer than he thought it would, partially because of the weather and partially because the wire mesh was hard to find. They had to drive around Columbus, Newark, and Zanesville to find something that would work. He even bought something that he decided was too flimsy, installed one piece and decided it wasn't good enough quality. AND, he passed on the $125 price difference to us. Good guy doing good work!"
