"Jesse Moore and his team are frankly amazing. I wish they did more than build patios and related work as I would hire them for everything. Quality people do quality work and are willing to adjust to meet the needs of the homeowner. This is the 3rd time I have personally used Moore Brothers for a patio. Each experience is better than the prior. We always seem to run into something unexpected. That is part of the process with large projects like a patio. What I always appreciate is their "we are here to make the customer happy" approach. This project was no different, and they made me more than happy. They communicate, they show up when they say, and they deliver a quality product with smiles on their faces. Finally, I trust that team at my home - even when I cannot be present. That is a testament to Jesse's hiring and the quality people with whom he surrounds himself. THANKS for another great experience."

"Miguel, the owner, showed up exactly at the scheduled time. My first impression upon meeting him was that he is a real pro who knows what he is doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my lawn sprinkler system, explained the problem to me in terms that I could easily understand, and with my consent, fixed the problem in record time. I'm impressed with his competence, delightful attitude, and honesty. I highly recommend him and his company."

"Russell was fantastic. My house is close to my neighbors so they need to bring the equipment next to both houses. They took care not to damage my neighbors lawn, sprinklers and invisible fence as well as mine. You could hardly tell they were here after the tree was removed. They gave us an 8 week window but showed up after 4 weeks which was nice."

"I found Quality online and decided to give them a try for lawn care. I am 100% satisfied. Mike came to my home and introduced himself before he started mowing and he was so professional. He did a GREAT job on my lawn. I’ve hired a number of companies and they all fell short, but Quality exceeded my expectations. I’ll be a customer for years and I know my neighbors will be hiring them as well."

"I had an old 18'x12' cedar deck demolished and a 7'x6' composite deck built. It leads to a 2nd story Florida room. (Another company just installed a patio in the remaining space). I also had some siding repairs performed due to rot. My entire experience with this company was amazing. It did take a while for them to get to my project, however, I was continually updated as to where I was on the schedule. Any questions I had at anytime were answered to my satisfaction. Definitely would (and have) hire them again! The cost listed is an approximate amount close to what I paid for everything: demo, haul away, repairs, new deck."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Baltimore, OH

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
