"If you want to pay the most exorbitant prices possible for your job, this is the company for you. “By the job” pricing is a rip-off, at least how these people use it. Every job is plugged into a category and prices are set by category. You might have a job that takes half an hour or one that takes 2 hours, but they’ll both be charged at the same (astronomic) rate. Had a leaking drain pipe under the kitchen sink. Needed new seals and maybe a section of plastic pipe replaced. Less than an hour job. Plumber came out and quoted $700. These people do not apply the $99 trip charge to repairs. After expressing outrage he lowered the quote to $400, plus the $99 trip charge. And tried to make it sound like he was doing a big favor. So $500 for a less than an hour job that even with $100 an hour for labor should have been $200 or so. I ate the trip charge and showed him the door. But if you like expensive plumbing repairs this is the place for you. No job too small to charge huge money for."

He was quick to come give us a quote and to schedual our project. He went above and beyond for the job. Clean, timely, very professional and paitent, answered all our questions and made the processes very smooth. We are super happy with the quality of the finish ad with the overall work.
