Our goal is to work with our clients to provide a custom solution for storage, access, and organization in kitchen and bathroom cabinets, pantries, and closets. After the design is complete, the GlideOuts are measured and built to fit the homeowner's specific cabinets. The rep Mariana we worked it was beyond incompetent and unprofessional, not to mention entitled and very cold and impersonal. We paid over $10000 for these very small closets and they have done nothing but provide an untimely, faulty design, shotty workmanship and poor overall customer service- from the rep, to the installers, to the scheduling manager. It’s all been a horrible experience. We have tried to escalate the situation to management, just to find them over stretched , and though polite for a change, have gotten zero done to help our situation. Still hoping to wrap this up within the year but who knows. Stay far far away. Services: Cabinet design, Installation, Cabinet installation, Custom cabinets"
