I called Henco plumbing and Joe came out and explained what they would need to do to install my new Pedestal sink, he answered my questions and concerns and gave me a quote for the job. Adrian came out today and reworked the 1935 plumbing and installed the new sink. He did an awesome job. The plumbing work is perfect and hidden behind the pedestal. The caulking work was excellent. I am very pleased and impressed with Henco Plumbing. I would use them again."

"The appointment was easy and quick to set up via phone call. The service provider arrived on time, reviewed & confirmed information that had been discussed on the phone, then got to work. He explained everything he was doing, answered unrelated plumbing questions, was generally friendly and efficient. He was careful to clean up after himself and obviously respected my home. The hose bib had split open inside the wall of our house, the water had been turned off at the curb, and we were desperate to flush toilets, wash our hands, and make coffee, among other things. They were able to move their schedule around and come by to fix the problem quickly. The repairman was very efficient and effective, and we had water back on within a few hours. The repair was not cheap, but that was, in part, because it involved cutting a hole in the drywall in my closet and purchasing/installing a plate over it when the repair was done. "These guys are great. They stayed in touch, were on time, made minimal cuts in the drywall (made sure they were behind the microwave hood area and range. They stayed in touch with city inspectors and coordinated visits. In fact, the inspector signed off on the permit after installation without requiring a second inspection with the appliance hooked up and running, because, he said, I've seen these guys' work before and they are top notch. Everything was smooth and easy. And the bid was the bill. No surprises and that is a blessing in any remodeling project. Highly recommend."

"Charles did a great job again - we used him to renovate two bathrooms 4 1/2 years ago. We called him late in the summer, and he came to the house to discuss what we wanted to do and provided a quote. Given our schedule as well as his, we agreed on an early December timeframe to have the work done, which he estimated would take a week to complete. He left it to us to pick out the appliances on our own and did not include them in the quote and just asked that we send him the specs once we did so he could make sure there would be no issues. He took us to the tile/countertop shop to pick out the quartz and backsplash tile, and to plumbing stores to pick out the sink and faucet. He came with the countertop fabricator a few weeks ahead of the scheduled start date to have the countertop templated so it would be ready prior to starting the job. We delayed the start date by about a week to accommodate both our schedules. The demolition was done in one day as promised, and Charles had one person assisting with the demo, the prepping for the tiling and doing the tiling. Chris was very good, and everything was left clean each day - they used drop cloths from the front door to the kitchen to make sure no dirt was spread though the house. Charles installed most of the appliances when they were delivered, and did great work removing and reinstalling shutters on the windows and making adjustments for a slight change in counter height, as compared to the old countertop. Charles has great attention to detail and makes sure everything looks great. The work took a day or two longer than planned due to an unexpected snowstorm in the middle of the project, so there was a day or two when no one could get out to the house, understandably. Charles is easy to work with and obviously takes pride in making sure the finished product is what you wanted and expect. We would definitely hire Charles again."
