"Ford was wonderful.  This was actually two separate jobs over two different days in December and the amount above is the total for both.  He was very responsive and professional from the first time we spoke.  He showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job.  He did an outstanding job on all of my windows, including skylights.  Great job on the gutters and my shower glass looks like it is brand new.  I was very pleased with the results on my driveway and walk way as well.   <br /> On his first visit here, we also showed him our '73 Ford pick up which is in beautiful shape however, we are restoring some things that need work.  The original glass had a lot of "age" spots so it was not very clear.  This was not dirt or something that could just be washed off.  When Ford returned for his second visit he came with a solution that did a great job in making our windows clear again. <br /> On top of all of this, wow, what a nice guy!  We will absolutely be contacting Ford this spring to come back for some spring clean up.  Highly recommend.  <br />"

"Very straightforward. Salesperson/designer made an appointment (we called), came out, worked with my wife to understand our specific requirements and design a system that would meet them. I removed old shelving in advance of the installation so that I could patch holes and paint over them; they could have removed the shelving and done patching, but I don't believe the result wouldn't have had quite the same finished look (no time for drying, sanding, painting). Installation was scheduled about 2 weeks after original design meeting, just the right timing for us. On the day of installation, they were delayed an hour or so by a truck problem, but sent extra installation people so that completion of the work would not be delayed. Crew was very professional, made some minor adjustments to deal with non-square closet walls, and did an excellent job overall. We are quite pleased with the results."
