"Tom Power provided an estimate in late August, and said that he would get to the job in October. The estimate included replacing an animal chewed piece of wood on the side of the garage and possible siding rot replacement. The painting crew, Frank and Holly arrived October 28th, power washed, caulked and painted the sections not needing repair. In addition to painting the house, we wanted our wrought iron porch top and stair railing painted. Frank completed that and took the time to paint our yard light post too. The carpenter crew, Walter and Darrell arrived the second day and completed the garage and siding repairs with PVC (no rotting ever again), caulked and painted them. The job took two days."
