"<p>Andi and his crew have provided great service over the years. I met Andi in 2008 and he was one of many contractors who bid on my job. Andi was and is the right guy for any job. He provided a well thought out plan and time frame. Our first job was two retaining walls that hold back a large hill, which leads to my pool. The job was difficult and a Challenge with the elements (rain etc). Andi's crew showed up on time everyday and worked very long days. He did exactly what we wanted and the walls came out perfect. The walls travel over 90 feet each and have a height of about five feet. That doesn't count the below grade stone and cement. He completed the job and was extremely careful to ensure that there was proper drainage and the stone work was performed by a craftsman.</p> <p> The next project we had were walkways and front steps. Once again, Andi and his crew were always on time and the work was done to perfection. Our neighbors were over everyday and always asking were did we find him</p> <p>The third job Andi did was our entire pool deck with large techno block pavers. first Andi built a large retaining wall to hold the pool deck. Once again a perfect job Andi then built the pool deck t perfection. Our family could not be happier with the work performed, and a important note is that Andi always made sure we were happy as he went along. "Lee is entirely professional and outstanding to work with. We contacted Lee based on a project he completed for a good friend of ours. His design for our back yard project was creative and tasteful. He developed computer generated pictures of the proposed project so we could see what we were getting into. He was attentive to our concerns and brought forth a design that really met our needs and hopes. If we remember correctly, the first project was approximately 6 weeks, due to the large scope. The team executed the work beautifully. They were consistently on time, with high standards for craftsmanship. The budget ended up being higher than anticipated, but that was because we loved what he was accomplishing, and so we added new features to the original design. When it came time to select the plantings for all our projects, he took us to the nursery on several occasions to pick out just the right specimens. <br /> We loved his stonework, and asked him to return the following summer to create a set of front steps for our home. He connected us with a contractor to complete the porch overhead, which worked out beautifully. Then the next summer, we needed to embark on a major landscaping effort due to the October snow storm which destroyed many of our plantings. Lee did a tremendous job with exceptionally large trees and bushes. He created a truly beautiful front yard planting scene using 6-8 very large evergreens, and also replaced a very large row of arborvitea hedges. <br /> Because the company does a beautiful job, a prospective homeowner may need to wait a bit for the project to begin. It will be worth the wait. And once they begin, they will be dedicated and earnest until the project is completed. <br />"

"We originally hired a cheaper company and it was a nightmare. The second lowest bidder was our neighbor and seemed to be genuine in his attempt to fix the first contractor's problem. He meant well and it still was a mess.  We were embarrassed to call Premiere as they were high bidder. I bit the bullet and called. They were able to come up and assess the issues that existed as well as the new problems we encountered with the sub standard contractors from before. We hired Premiere as we should have from the beginning because after they were done we had ZERO water issues from that point on. It was like magic. Price isn't all that should be taken in consideration when getting a project done. We will highly recommend this company to anyone for anything."

"Initial work a few years ago was great and service was timely and completed. 16 months ago, I reached out for repairs on a few areas and clean/reseal maintenance in certain areas. I expected the work to be done in 2018. When the weather turned colder in fall, I was told would have to be done following spring. I contacted paver savers approximately May. The work has yet to be done. I am loyal and want the same provider to complete the work. As a consumer and client, I expect that. I reach out almost weekly for estimated time of service. Initially in season, I was told the work would be done as soon as weather permitted. Given rain and weather I remained patient. However, the provider has not responded to email or text or phone messages over the last many weeks. I am disappointed. I will provide another review when and if the work is done but cannot currently recommend CT Paver Savers to prospective clients."

"Jason and Brian absolutely exceeded my expectations both in terms of the quality of their work and their customer service. They really went above and beyond in many ways. As an example, they built a beautiful stone retaining wall that merged into the walkway that was totally unexpected and added a very classy finish to the job. Their plants were of the highest quality and the few that we did not like (too short, the wrong color), they immediately changed them, no questions asked. Their landscaping crew led by Kyle were incredibly customer focused and professional and were so accommodating when my wife asking them to replant and move certain plants that were not quite to her liking. And the cherry on the cake was when they 'threw-in' some new flag stones instead of using some old stones that I had planned to recycle. In summary, I would absolutely recommend Ferrandino to any of my New Canaan friends and will most certainly be using them again.
