"The removal and replacement of roof went very well. Gutters and debris screens installed. Cedar shingles repaired/replaced"

"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house. They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"Roofing repair & replacement, roof came out great!"

"Absolutely and positively recommend! Called to schedule estimate for roof repair after having a leak in the roof. Jay came out same day, as little as 3 hours after call. Inspected roof inside and out, gave me an estimate which was great and a tentative date to come out. Unfortunately it was going to be raining for the next 5 days. I asked Jay, what can we do and or how much more damage will be done till he can get back out to repair. Jay without hesitate said I will put a patch on right now to get you through the next few days. He did, it worked very well and at that point I knew he was hired. We were treated as family not as a client, was informed of everything via text as we were not going to be home. Jay sent pictures of the process and did a great job cleaning up. VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB! We will be using him again as we will need whole roof repair in a couple of years. Thumbs up and 5 stars for Jay and company!!"

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"I had the roof, siding and gutters replaced on my house. Three different crews performed the work and all of them did a great job. Entire project took about 3 weeks. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend A1 to others"

"Yani is very personable he appears to be very honest he went above and beyond and actually went beyond and repaired an addition section of the roof at no additional charge.I sent him over to my neighbor and he's repairing his roof"

"Our home is a contemporary with vertical cedar siding. Prior to painting the exterior of our home, the siding needed to be power washed and some minor carpentry repairs to the siding were necessary. Joe, the owner of J. Corrigan came out, explained the process that would be followed, and gave us a reasonable quote. His crew was extremely polite, efficient, and respectful. They spent a lot of time on prep work, which is very important, and we were generally very happy with the paint job with some minor issues. Joe showed up at the job site every day to check on its progress. Although he personally did not inspect the work that had been performed, and it was up to us to point out any concerns we had, Joe was very responsive to any issues that we saw as the work progressed. Over all, they did an excellent job and we have recommended them."
