The one year warranty on workmanship is not worth the paper it is written on. Once they get their final check, you will never see them again. I sent pictures and asked them to schedule a time to fix the issues as it was well within the year warranty. the reply I got was a text "OK" and no further contact."

An excellent trap under deck crawl space flip up door was custom made. I provided the paint and stain and oxybleach scrubbing flo thru brush. Showed up early and cleaned up everyday after work.
