"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

He rekeyed, installed and or relocated and installed new 15 locs changed , ee- keyed and 14 and installed a new electyronic key pad to my front door. 8 were installed in my basement and Guarage and entry doors. He evaluated the problem and decided on the repair needed to rehang the mantle.  He did the work quickly and did an excellent job.  He left no dust and cleaned up after the repair.  He went out of his way and even repaired some "holes"  made in the wood of the of the mantle when it fell. He was very meticulous and friendly. I feel his pricing was very fair adequate and plan to use him again for some other repairs and things needed around the house.  The experience was a pleasure and my mantle looks great.  It is very sturdy.
