"Our existing generator died. James diagnosed the problem and gave us a few options to repair or replace it. We chose to replace it. James handled everything, from getting and installing the new generator to electrical and fuel (propane) connections. We have asked him to schedule us for the annual maintenance on the machine. We are pleased, though we haven't lost power since it was installed, LOL."

"This was the cleanest, quickest, best experience I've ever had especially with it being a generator."

"Kevin Williams was sent to repair problems created by another electrician hired by Kitchen Saver during an expansive kitchen re-face and cabinet installation. Among other things, he re-located an unsightly transformer that had been previously secured to the inside of the first shelf of a main kitchen cabinet to a lower cabinet out of sight. Voila! Then, he re-routed unsightly wiring previously clamped to the far corner of a glass display cabinet so that it was out of sight. These were difficult puzzles to solve, as the new cabinets had already been installed and there was no longer easy access. Kevin was friendly, professional, and experienced! Great job!"

"Antonio did a great job repairing lousy work done by a handyman. He was quick and knowledgable. He came on the same day he touched base. A very good experience."

"Diaz and his crew were fantastic - we've hired them several times over the years because they are reliable and do a great job with an eye for details. We had new hardwood flooring and carpet installed in our home in addition to having the entire interior and exterior of the house repainted. They always leave the repair/renovation site very tidy. Would hire them again!"

"Kudos to Richard!! He is very professional, responsible, and caring. He came out on a call on a Saturday evening. After diagnosis, he immediately checked the stores for the broken breakers and went to Home Deport to pick them up and returned to house to finish repair and replacement. Testing every outlet and making sure all working. It’s already very late at night. He remained friendly, professional, and polite. I am very impressed by Richard. Will definitely recommend him to my clients and friends!!"

"Your technician that came out to do a yearly maintenance inspection on my generator was very nice and knowledgeable. He arrived actually earlier than expected and went right to work. I would recommend your company to anyone and it was so nice to deal with someone who acted like they enjoyed their work and wanted to please. Thank you!"

"Josh came over quickly, measured, took pictures, and gave me a quote within my existing budget. Ronnie and Brock removed my old cooktop and under counter vent and replace them with new units. They were able to effectively deal with some minor issues and I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement work."

"I contacted Kolb---they came out after hours during the storm and fixed the generator, giving us great peace of mind. Last year, I used their website to get a quote on generator maintenance. I never heard from them. This was disappointing. Both the responsiveness and punctuality ratings would have been "A" had it not been for the latter experience."

"WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home. They installed the rods within days of the roof repair and were patient with our questions. Fast forward 5 years, after our recent roof replacement, I asked if they could come out and inspect the rods placement. They are extremely busy due to the stormy time of year but were good about contacting me with updates on when theyâ  d be back in the area. They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again. Very happy with the service, their professionalism, and work. I recommended them to our neighbors and would definitely have them install rods on any future houses."
