"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"One word: Don't. They replaced the top 6' of our chimney about 7 years ago as well as parging and sealing all of our chimneys and the new chimney is literally falling apart in chunks, the joints are seeping water, and the parging is flaking off. Besides that, while these two jokers were here (and we weren't) our neighbor told us that they were arguing and throwing chunks of concrete at each other. We also found that rather than haul the old chimney pieces away they hid them in the brush beside our lawn. Also, forget about a warrantee. That is B.S."

We’re in the business of restoring the Wow! back into your natural stone and tile surfaces.\nNatural stone and tile grace most homes and buildings. And rightfully so. It adds beauty and value unmatched by all other choices. But, after a while, floors can get a build-up of dirt or topical treatments or become dull and scratched from foot traffic. Grout can become embedded with soils and harbor unsanitary bacteria growth. Showers can accumulate mildew, soap film and hard water deposits. Countertops can become stained or etched.\n\nWhen this happens, Marble Perfect can clean, polish, refinish and restore your marble, granite, limestone, travertine, and other natural stone, and your porcelain or ceramic tile and grout surfaces to like new.\n\nAnd to protect them from future staining, we can SEAL your stone or grout, too.\n\nWe won’t leave it there, though. We make sure to EDUCATE our customers on proper stone and tile care. We’ll leave you with instructions and recommendations for products that will SAFELY and effectively clean and maintain your investment.

"Hired this company for summer 2019 to open/close and clean weekly. In the month we used SSG, the pool was not cleaned properly once. 25 tiles were damaged mysteriously upon open, there were leaves and dirt left in the pool the entire time and we have not been able to use the pool yet. We expressed our disappointment and gave them more than enough chances to rectify things. They didn't. Pictures attached are from our pool and spa today - after the tech "cleaned" and left a bill for over $200. Absolutely horrible. Terminated contract."

"Bernard and his workers did a great job, took a little longer than we expected because of scheduling conflicts. They removed old broken up concrete floor and about 8 " of dirt from under. Then installed 8" of crushed stone and a reinforced 4" concrete floor over, and finished with a sealer. Finished floor looks great, and they did a complete clean up. Haven't driven on it yet as it has been less than a week. I would hire again for any concrete work."
