E & J Disposal started operation on January 1 of 2000. We felt a need to offer homeowners and contractors a source to rent containers that most companies did not offer. Smaller dumpsters for the end of the job cleanup and household rubbish that did not require large dumpsters. This theory worked fine for about a year but then we had customers wishing we had the standard size containers so they could use our services from start to finish on larger projects. We listened, and catered to their needs and grew our customer base. We pride ourselves in getting customers their dumpsters delivered and picked up in a very timely fashion,there is really no waiting around, we want to be there when you need us. We pickup most construction debris: wood,drywall,roofing,insulation and bring it to transfer stations which in turn separate and recycle the materials. We offer containers specifically for clean concrete or asphalt (which is also recycled) . Household debris such as toys,furniture,papers,general rubbish can also be dumped at the recycling facilities. We can not accept paints, oils,tires,batteries, drums, gas cans, white good appliances,electronics,propane tanks, yard/pool chemicals. Ordering containers is fairly simple, try to call a day ahead. We require payment when the dumpster is delivered. We accept buisness checks,Visa,Mastercard,Discover and American Express as well as Cash. Dumpsters have to be set on your property (driveway or grass) unless you get permission from your town to allow the dumpster to be set on the street. We would ask that if your concerned about your drive (the dumpsters have 2 steel wheels which the roll on and will leave marks on your driveway) that you provide at least 3 peices of wood (2x6,2x8,2x10,2x12 or 3/4"plywood) that are 8' long so we can set the container on these boards. If you don't have any wood please advise us and we can send out wood with the driver additional cost is $20.00. Our standard rental period is 7 days if additonal time is required please call the office, if we don't need that particular container size back we can let you keep it a couple of extra days for free. If we do need the container back then the standard additional per day charge is $10.00. Calling for pickups,if you can call the day before that will be great, if not and you call before 9am the same day we will do our best to get it picked up. You do not need to keep the dumpsters for the entire 7 day period if you don't need it, we can pick as soon as the next day as long as you call the office.
