"After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. "We needed to replace the roof, gutters and add gutter guards. We contacted Homeadvisor about roof replacement, 4 companies called within 2 days. All had excellent reviews and I'm sure all will do a good job. We choose A&D over the others was because Roman(A&D appraiser) was so easy to work with and very detail with his recommendations. Every one had drones to fly over our roof for their estimates. Roman was the only one that climbed up on our 2 story roof to checkout everything. Also, the A&D bid was about 10% lower than the other bids for the work we needed. So far, we're extremely happy with our decision."
