Received calls prior to moving verify all information, clarifying all needs and requirements, during move texts message and calls checking on progress of move and verify everything was ok, after move checked to make sure we were happy with service. "We used Windy City Movers for an out of state move to SW Michigan and couldn't have been more pleased. Dash, the owner, took a personal interest in estimating the move's cost, and working with us to coordinate activities. They crew they sent was professional, and did a super job packing and unpacking our belongings and furniture. They moved both our condo and a number of items in our storage locker. Not a single item was broken or damaged, something that can't be said for other movers I've worked with. The cost was very reasonable for a move this complex and significantly below cost we were quoted by other moving companies with five star reviews."
