We received a total of three bids from three different companies and we chose Apex after meeting Tyler Ward. He was friendly, personable, down to earth, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He did everything he said he was going to do and more quickly than we had expected. He was present during most of the work on the day of the replacement and kept us informed when they found anything anything unexpected (some damaged decking boards were discovered during demolition.) Tyler was very knowledgeable and worked with our insurance to make sure they covered as much as could be. He showed up with his crew early in the morning on the day we scheduled and the entire roof was done in one day! We had expressed concern for our landscaping and they were true to their word and protected it very well. They were thorough in their clean up procedures as well, leaving barely a trace that any work had been done other than a nice new roof! We would definitely use Apex Roofing and Exteriors again and have absolutely no reservations about recommending them to anyone who needed similar work."

"Roger came to my home to provide an estimate. He arrived promptly. He was professional, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. I showed him the work I needed to have done. He measured the rooms for flooring. He spent time talking with me about some other issues I had with my house and offered some good ideas. I don't think he completely understood my vision for a change in the layout of the shower in the master bath but I would have revisited that topic with him prior to hiring him. I was concerned about a possible cat "accident" ruining new floors and Roger had a great idea to have the planks stained and sealed on site. This would help prevent moisture from getting in between the planks. Roger provided an estimate with moderate details. His estimate was about what I expected and in line with my budget. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being.
