Also came back out discovering the nature of the gumbo stipe dirt in Memphis came back and resorted for about a 10 x 15 space in that area of relief where the grass was not Bermuda, but was some sort of a rye or zoysia. now the draining of the backyard area works much better. But also equally important his demeanor, his personnel that he helps do the landscape architecture, corrections, and timelines of coming to do the follow up care. I was all very well orchestrated and very professional, but he is extremely nice knowledgeable and you know he has a sense of humor so he’s good to work with and so is his personnel who are pretty pretty straightforward about getting the work done and they did so good on them. I recommend them."

"I usually do not give a reviews on a company because they are willing to address your concern. Bill with Growth Spurts poured a concrete driveway and patio without rebar to reinforce and strengthen the concrete from premature cracking. he promised rebar prior to getting the contract and did not follow thru his words . Now the concrete is only 3 months and has several crack and holes. he will not return to repair his works which was the highest of the 3 bids received for the project. I place good faith on Growth Spurts and decided to give him the bid. I am very disappointed that Bill does not stand by his word."

"DO NOT USE. I should have paid attention to the Facebook page review. Chris does not stand behind his work. He will dispute my review but I have the text communication showing his unprofessionalism and odd behavior in response to me when I told him that I had a very small area that has not come back as new sod knowing that he had previously mentioned that it was not uncommon for him to come back to replace some pieces. He went off on me and accused me of taking advantage of him and went off again in all sorts of directions on a rant. Very odd communication and just awkward when all I did was let him know that I had an area that did not come back (it is dead) and was not greening back out. I was happy with the work until that moment and was considering him for other landscape services. Not now!"

Finally the owner Melinda called and said they would come out Wednesday, but they showed up on Thursday.... the owner (the husband) and another guy showed up in a hurry .... half cut my yard and left all the grass droppings in my front and back yard.... nit to mention they cut the yard and it was damp.... my grass looked like carpet before they started and looked like a 5 year old cut it when they finished ... they left grass on the streets and we witnessed them blowing the grass in the storm drain...... who do you complain to when the owner is the one that did this poor job.... I called the office to let her know how my experience went she could t care less..... this was my first and last time ever using them........"
