The job went very well and I know I will have a great looking lawn soon. Rodrigo kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. He also made sure to let me know how often I should water. "They were slow to start, giving 4 different dates before actually starting but then kept working on the landscaping until completed. Once they were immersed in the landscaping I asked if they could add a fence panel to our existing fence and put another panel on the outside of the yard but still part of original fence. Then they gave 4 different dates to do this but never showed up until Nov 24. They completed the fence finally. I had a metal arch that needed repair or replacement. They left that arch laying in back of the garage this whole time and on the 24th they picked up the arch and left. Never told me about the arch resolution. In April of this year I contacted the owner and asked him to complete the landscaping behind the shed because they took the arch away. He then told me he couldn't find anyone to fix the arch and he said the new ones were cheap metal. I told him then to forget the arch and put the stones there that he had used next to the garage. He has never answered that nor given me a date to complete this space."

"Great service. Janice came out same-day to give an estimate. She returned with her crew a few days later to complete the work. We had dealing with water pouring into our basement due to low grade and bad window well. The work she did was outstanding and for the first time in months, we didn't have water in the basement after it rained. Her crew was very professional and friendly. We'll have them out again to take care of any other landscape issues."

"Same day response via text message (which I prefer!) from Angel Tree Solutions to the quote request I submitted on Angi. The owner came out the next day to walk around the house with me, provided an estimate on the landscaping cleanup job, and got it scheduled for the following week. (I was expecting later in the Fall or next Spring as that's what I've heard from a few other local landscaping/lawn services.) On the day of the job, the owner and crew arrived early, worked diligently for 5-6 hours on a hot humid day to clear out the jungle of overgrown landscaping (including roots/stumps), weeds, and ivy from up around the house and out of a clump of large pines along the edge of the driveway. Mulch was replaced in the now cleared out flower/landscaping beds so we can start with a clean slate when we decide to add in new landscaping. Communication with the owner was good and everything was cleaned up nicely before the crew left. I plan on getting quotes from Angel Tree Solutions again in the future as we need to have some trees removed and regular lawn service/landscaping next year."
