"My experience has been excellent! The windows and door are beautiful and very well installed. Brandon is amazing and was prompt, professional, and did a beautiful install. He and Brian cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. Everyone at the company has been helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. My salesman mark q beat the price of 4 other quotes. I would highly recommend the window depot!"

"I can't say enough good things about Ridge Top Exterior! They recently installed a new front door for us, and the entire experience was fantastic. First and foremost, they were incredibly punctual. It's rare to find a contractor who actually shows up on time, but Ridge Top Exterior did just that. They were prompt, professional, and ready to get to work. Throughout the entire process, their communication was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way, from the initial consultation to the final installation. They listened to our needs and provided valuable input, helping us choose the perfect door for our home. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. When installation day arrived, the Ridge Top team was efficient and skilled. They worked diligently to ensure that everything was done to perfection. The end result? A stunning front door that not only enhances the curb appeal of our home but also provides added security and energy efficiency. But what truly impressed us was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. They even followed up after the installation to address any questions or concerns we had. It's clear that Ridge Top Exterior takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. If you're in need of a new front door (or any exterior work, for that matter), look no further than Ridge Top Exterior. They are reliable, communicative, and deliver exceptional results. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services."

"Not the cheapest estimate I got but I now know I made the right decision. FAS was the third company to give me an estimate. I had already done quite a bit of research and was looking out for key things and had questions. I did not expect to make the decision when Dan, the sales rep was here but I was very impressed with his answers and knowledge so I signed the contract that day. I had also seen that they had overall good ratings on all of the major websites. The next step was Jason, the lead installer to come make final measurements and place the order for my windows. From the time I signed the contract to the time the windows were installed it was just under 2 months. During that time Laura and Elizabeth in the office kept in touch and when the windows came in, scheduled the installation. Keeping with my experience thus far, the installation crew showed up right on time as promised. Greco, Rafael and Victor could not have been more professional and courteous and helped to make what I thought would be a very stressful day, a pleasant experience. They completely cleaned up everything, put everything back exactly as it was and even rehung the curtains and blinds. The windows look amazing. I highly recommend FAS Windows and Doors and the CWS hurricane windows they installed. They were not the cheapest but they were also not the most expensive. Don't always just go with the least expensive. I'm sure glad I didn't."

"They replaced sliding glass doors with storm doors & windows. The results were beautiful! My only complaint is now the rest of the house looks bad in comparison."

"Bought this to replace a damaged bedroom door. Camille helped me pick the right model and made the entire ordering process seamless. It arrived well-packaged and completely unblemished. The factory primer coat was applied so evenly that we only needed one coat of our own satin paint. Thanks for the recommendation, Camille!"

"I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. I recommend Discount Garage Doors and I hope to get Ben again if I need their service."
