"I lifted the top spoiler on the back of our Lexus LX470 with our garage door. Not my best moment but, the day got worse, as that now meant I was going to have to repair my beloved SUV and my garage door! The top spoiler was simply lifted. It was not completely broken off nor was it cracked or damaged. Seemingly, it just needed to be bolted back down. Although that seemed logical to me, when I called around for estimates and after sending close up pics and a video, I was told everything from "you might need to replace the whole back liftgate" (wasn't going to do that - completely unaffected and absolutely ridiculous) to "no way to repair, you have to get a new spoiler for $500". Lexus, of course, was the most expensive ($1,075 to replace top spoiler) which was no surprise however, in all fairness, the body shop who mentioned the liftgate replacement would have been the most costly if I was that naive. I ended up choosing Eddie because Lindsey, who happens to be Eddie's daughter/front office manager and potentially taking over the business one day, gave me a call right away. She was professional and quick to understand what I was looking to accomplish. She told me with conviction that if anyone could fix my car, it is her dad. She assured me of his honesty and made me feel confident in his capability. She also took my VIN and got right back to me with an estimate to replace the top spoiler just in case we had to go that route. Her quote was in line with another quote. I met Eddie in person and he was kind and made me feel like I was in good hands. He reiterated what Lindsey had conveyed in our telephone conversation. Turns out I was in good hands, as Eddie was able to bolt my spoiler back down and at less than a fourth of what it would have cost me to replace it. Looks like nothing ever happened. Good to do business with someone who has a conscience and also does great work! We're thrilled and cannot recommend Eddie highly enough!"

"I contacted them and asked if they could fix the rusted feet of the glider and two chairs (they advertised they had welding services). I sent photos and they said they could not. I took the furniture to a welding shop (Dang Welding) and they fixed them and inserted plastic tips into the feet so the metal would not sit on the cement patio and rust. Quality Powder did pick up the pieces at Dang's and took them to their shop. I went to the shop, chose the paint color and left. No invoice was ever written. When the work was done, they arranged to deliver on a Monday. They did not show and I called and they said they had Tuesday marked. Ok, so Tuesday it was. The furniture was delivered on that date. I was handed a bag of plastic tips and told they took them off because they would have melted in the firing process. The delivery person did not attempt to insert the tips in the legs of the furniture. I then attempted and discovered the painting process had made the pipe-like legs just small enough that the tips could not fit. I called and was promised several dates that someone would come out to insert the tips. I waited a week, made several phone calls and was told someone would be out, finally. I felt that the company received the furniture with the tips and the furniture should have been returned with the tips inserted. I hope they show up today. <br />"

"Windows cane in in the estimated time frame. Subcontractors ended up working 2 days due to the partial siding removal to take out old windows and install the new ones. Guys were quick with the install. Brandon was quick to respond to my many questions and texts. Very helpful to get items for install"

"It went great! We found Fisher Precious Metals on Angie's List, and after googling them, we found they had very positive reviews across the web. Although it was a 45 minute drive from our home, we felt it might be worth it, and it was. We made an appointment with John via email, arrived at 11:00, and spent just over an hour in his office. He evaluated the sterling silver set we had to sell and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. We knew that going in, so we were not disappointed and, in fact, the price we received was a little higher than we'd expected."
