"Wayne recommended to replace the dishwasher but said he would have another tech look at it. Austin came prepared and said it needed a drive motor, which he brought with him. After some discussion we determined the part could be covered under warranty and a part request email was sent to Cowboy Appliance Repair. While Austin was on speaker phone with Wayne he asked if I was being difficult and mentioned he charge me sales tax on the service call which he was not going to pay the State, how?s that for a honest company? Not to mention he has yet to provide me a receipt, I have asked him 3 times for the service call receipt. Wayne has yet to get the part from LG nor keep me informed on the progress. If you have any type of warranty work you can find another ?Cowboy?. My wife found his reviews to be positive on Angie?s List, he hasn?t done anything to solve our problem, and doesn?t respond to requests for a receipt or progress on getting this part. Not recommended!"
