He had no problem with me looking over his shoulder and explained what everything was once it was opened up. He called me immediately after I sent the request and came the next day. "After checking with the gas company, it was determined that the gas leak was coming from inside my gas dryer. Cowboy Appliance arrived and this very cordial guy in a big cowboy hat stepped into my small laundry room to try and find the gas leak. He discovered a faulty regulator, went and got a factory replacement, installed, vacuumed out all the years of accumulated lint and everything is working perfectly.
