"Michael is honest, willing to fix appliances other major appliance repair companies won t work on, order parts and go the extra mile to help his customer. I would highly recommend this polite man to service your appliances. He checked my washer and dryer, replaced my ice maker, replaced a sensor in the oven and repaired a sunroom heater."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"The professional did an awesome job getting to the root of the problem and was customer friendly! It did not take him long to service our washer. We highly recommend to be assigned to future repairs."

"Cowboy Appliance owner, Wayne Craft, was able to schedule a repair just two days after I made my call for help on my LG dryer. He was on time, personable, and answered all my questions while he worked. He obviously knew what he was doing and didnt waste any time getting the job done. He did a great job cleaning up and, last but not least, the cost was very reasonable. He charged much less than I was expecting to pay. I definitely recommend Cowboy Appliance Service and Repair."

"Joe was awesome! He figured out the issue quickly, gave us a quote of how much to repair, and when we decided to buy a new washer instead, he provided advise on how to get the best deal and what products he would recommend. Joes awesome!"

"Jaron is very friendly and professional as well as experienced and knowledgeable in a broad spectrum of appliance service. We called him at about 8 a.m. on a Monday morning and he was at our door by 10 a.m. He repaired our dryer quickly, had the needed part on his truck and then went the extra mile to clean under, around and behind the dryer. Before he left, he also checked outside to be sure the vent was clear. His charge for the repair was very reasonable and we will definitely use him in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of any type of appliance repair."

"Excellent job. Al quickly isolated the issue to a clogged pilot light and repaired. He was meticulous in cleaning, properly arranging the gas logs and leaving the fireplace looking like new. He also advised me on our other gas fireplace which was very much appreciated."
