When there was still an issue with my oven after the technician first repaired it, I contacted them back after hours (that was the time when I used my oven after the services was completed) expressing my concerns. I wasn't ignored. I wasn't rushed off. My concerns were validated. The technician returned the very next day. He fixed the issue with my oven without charging me extra for the same problem or making up another problem to try to get more money out of me. "Wonderful! Due to scheduling Justin wouldn't be able to send out a tech for a couple of weeks so he thought he could troubleshoot my problem over the phone. Two phone calls lasting about 20 minutes total and he was able to figure out it was a bad switch. I was able to do the necessary repair myself. Can't say enough about a person willing to do this pro bono vs setting up a service call. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused. Wow. I guess this was his Christmas present to me. They will be the first business I call if I have any additional problems with my fireplace."
