"I saw Ricardo doing work at a neighbors house and I had work I wanted to get done so I asked if he would give me a bid. He came over that day to do the bid and I decided to give him the work. Ricardo and his worker showed up every day to do the work and did an outstanding job and I even told him that my neighbor needed to get some work done and he was very accommodating in not only doing mine but doing hers as well. I had a lot of questions while he was doing the work and he made sure to answer all my questions as they came up. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get either small or large projects done. My project was a good size job and it kept him busy for 4 days. My neighbor was so pleased with him that she is going to do a nice size retaing wall and give him the business. If you want to get good work at a fair price he is you man. "They do good work except for one major thing.  When it is the rainy season and the ground is 'saturated' from water... their workers don't care what their equipemtn does to your yard.. they still run their machines all over and tear-up your yard.  I've had mud tracks, RUTS, grass uprooted and patches of no grass resulting from this.  This happened more than once .. I was so angry with that.. I cancelled the service.

"We are so happy with our new patio! The Foundation1 hardscape team was an absolute pleasure to work with the entire time. John was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the design process. Once they were able to get started, they worked extremely quickly, in the hottest week of the year. They had to dig out and replace our wall/patio completely by hand because our house is raised and getting equipment back there is not feasible. And yet, they worked so efficiently, they made the job seem easy - and it definitely was not! They were also extremely thorough! And were very willing to help me out in small side projects that we added on as we went. Even after the main project was completed, they came back to tackle the tuck-pointing because they didn't want to rush it. They even came back on two separate occasions when I was concerned about the drainage on small spots on the patio. They take a lot of pride in their work and want to make sure their customers are happy. I would definitely hire them again (although they did such a great job, I don't think I'll need another patio for 50+ years.)"
