Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . "Highly recommend Brandons service. Excellent communication and courteousness, always on time. The entire property looks great and he was very meticulous in making sure the job was done completely to our satisfaction. It's not an easy job with multi-levels, lots of original wood trim and windows over 100 years old, porches, breezeway, carport, patios, pergolas, driveway, and over 200 ft of sidewalks etc. The sidewalks were practically black and look so much better! He has the proper equipment and paid extra attention to detail to softwash effectively without doing damage to the house or vegetation. More than fair on price as well. "I emailed Josh Clark through Angie's list and he called the following day.  All appointments he set were honored promptly.  He looked at the problem, told me what needed to be done as well as giving me some options I had not thought of.  They returned to do the prep work including fixing the drain, rebar, and showing me an example of a stamped finish to the concrete.  The pour went exactly according to schedule and plan.  Two days later Josh stopped by and removed the forms, as he said he would.  All clean up work was immaculate, service was efficient and friendly.  I am very pleased with the look of the patio - plus during the hard rain the water went down the drain!"

I thought they did a real good job. It does not smell or anything. If it was tall enough it looks like a room you could be in to live in, but it is our crawl space. They are really good. We get an annual checkup and their services are kind of expensive, but my husband checks every time it rains and now the water does not sit underneath the house or mess up our foundation. We got a military discount and they check the humidifier to make sure it is doing what it is supposed to do for about $99.
