"the job took to long, was not properly cleaned up and I think the price was to high. It took 3 days to finish a 1 day job and caulking was left inside and all over my water hose and wall outside. It took over 2 hours to clean up and there is still dried up caulk inside the utility closet and the outside wall. The person doing the job could hardly walk said he had pain in his leg and said he could not bend down. He did not have any thing to clean up the mess ( rags, vacuum, etc ). There are globs of caulking in the utility closet and he could not sand all of it. This was a poor job overall and with the mess left I really feel there should be some kind of refund for this job. "I needed a soffit repair. Access wasn’t easy as it was fairly high on sloped ground. One roof company offered to do it only if I pail $5000 to also paint all my trim. Another large company would only do it if I also replaced all my gutters. Their estimate was $10,000. Zimax came out, gave me a quote to fix the soffit and we scheduled. Communication with Zimax was excellent. The work was done ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be happier and more appreciative. "

Pete used the old techniques suitable for our old home that are sure to far outlast the many modern bandaids put in place before we bought the house. Pete was also extremely conscious of our budget.
