This included turning flat ceiling into cathedral ceiling, new drywall and insulation, new wood and tile flooring, full closet reworking, new tub and sink, new bath tile, new windows, new mini-split a/c unit, new light fixtures, and new exterior siding. He gave us a timeframe, and sure enough, the project was finished up within that timeframe. No delays, no excuses. All the work is extremely high quality. After the big bathroom/bedroom remodel, we've gone back to him again for an additional shower installation, some electrical work, and even some roofing. I would trust Louis with any project. Unlike other contractors that we spoke to, Louis is extremely responsive, punctual, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Most contractors are flaky. Not Louis. He's easy to get a hold of, and he'll be there when he says he'll be there. If he does work for you, you will be his priority."
