"They did a great job on installing my generator and they responded with needed. Great job!"

"The appointment was scheduled at our convenience which was on a Saturday.  Craig with Optimize was on time and brought materials to review with us about the Generac units, warranties and service plans.  He was able to answer all of our questions and was the second person we contact about whole-home generators.  Craig was so knowledgeable and so professional that both my husband and I decided to go with his company.
While we had Craig there, I decided to ask him about solar panels.  My husband and I had just briefly discussed solar panels and was still unsure if we were going to purchase them.  Again, even though Craig was called for discussing a generator, he was able to respond to our questions and then offered to come and perform a "shade test on the house.
We called Craig the next day and ordered the generator and set an install date and again, Optimize was excellent in setting the set up on a date convenient for us.
Within a day of the "shade" test being performed, Craig called and gave us the results and emailed us proposals of different panel units and followed the email up with setting another appointment to sit down with both of us and explain the details and bring brochures about the products.
After explaining everything including the Federal incentive, we decided to install the solar panel system.  Again, Craig was able to pull off having everything installed for both the Generac and the solar panels on the same days.
I am pleased to say that both the Generac and solar panels are installed and working perfectly!  It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional company who took our needs into consideration and was not pushy.  I will and have recommended Optimize EGS to friends, family, neighbors and co-workers and I know they will not let me down for passing on a referral!

"With everything going on in our world today it is nice to know that there are still some good quality trustworthy people out there. Got Power Cross off the internet to fix our home generator. Power Cross was not only quick to respond but repaired, cleaned, and gave us some knowledgeable information. Thanks POWER CROSS"

"Joey did an excellent job. He asked questions pertinent to the issue, then evaluated the unit. He dismissed the trouble and made the necessary repair. He then asked if I would like further evaluation, and I accepted that. He advised that although the unit was working, it had some weak issues that could cause trouble, but considering the urgency of the immediate repair and the age of unit and plan for sale, we choose not to do additional repairs. It does make us aware of what else to watch for. Replaced faulty capacitor and checked lithe components of system."

"Peter did an incredible job installing our Tesla charger which required changing the voltage and wiring on our old carport outlet. He had to do a lot of hard work to get into the attic multiple times and despite the job being harder than expected he did so without complaint or changing the quote he gave us. He is kind too and my kids even drew him a picture because they liked him right away. The charger works great! Hire Peter!"

"I got an immediate call, and Bobby came out the very next day. He gave me an estimate for replacing a ceiling fan and fixing three bathroom fluorescent fixtures. I accepted, he got the hardware and bulbs and came back and fixed everything within a few hours. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of work. I will have them back the next time I need a repair."

"The electrician arrived, assessed the job and immediately went to work. The job was done quickly and he even took all the old wiring around to the trash can on the other side of my house. The total cost for the trip and labor was $140.00, but I only had to pay $95.00 because I had a coupon from Angie’s List. I will definitely use this company again."

"Joey returned my call in a timely manner, arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment & replaced smoke detectors in my home. He was personable & knowledgeable & installed the smoke detectors in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Joey and hire him again, if I need electrical repairs in the future."

"Great customer service, Work completed in a timely manner"

"They were very professional, courteous, and honest. I would recommend them over and over again. Their price was very reasonable."
