"I received three bids from local fencing companies and Forest landscapes bid from a cost perspective was the middle bid.  The reason I chose Forest was because of their concrete experience and overall approach to the job.  My existing fence was built on a concrete pad and rock retaining wall so this made the job much more difficult.  The other two companies were a little uncertain how to best approach installing the post on the retaining wall and removal & installation on the concrete pad. <br /> Jose was the estimator for Forest and he made it very clear the best approach and precisely how they would accomplish the job.  He answered all of my questions during the walk through and after I received the bid from their company.  <br /> The crew was supposed to start the project on October 1st, but due to the excessive rain over the weekend & Monday morning they needed to delay work for one day.  It took their crew almost 3 full days to complete the work.  <br /> Day 1 they removed all the old fencing and post.  Pulled our the concrete cutter remove the old posts and place the new ones.  They completed installing all of the fencing posts.  <br /> Day 2 they installed all the rails. <br /> Day 3 they installed all of the fencing boards, built our new gate, and installed the 30 ft section of cyclone fencing.  <br /> The crew was very nice and cleaned up everything.  There was no mess left behind and in fact it was cleaner than before they started on the job.  The top rail really looks nice and give our backyard a completely new look.  They patched up the concrete pad where the posts were and I am very please with all of the work they performed.  I highly recommend this company.  Very happy with the work performed and the fence looks outstanding. <br />"
