"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

I called Brock the next week and he came out almost immediately and fixed the spots that were leaking. Still waiting on the rest of the downspout that is emptying right onto the deck/corner of my house but overall a good experience and quick service!
