"Well, first off I will like to tell you that I own many Airbnb‘s that are rented out on a seven day basis and have not had openings for many years so with that being said Cleaning is extremely important to my business. In the hospitality business, your brand is based solely on cleanliness, and this particular cleaning company has that as their number one priority. Usually if you have a problem or an issue, they contact you within minutes.I also will tell you that I’ve been in this rental business for over 20 years. I have seen many Cleaning outfits come and go. So many Cleaning company start off really good but after a while, they end up like all the rest really bad. On the other hand this cleaning service is the best that I’ve ever been introduced to and highly recommend them to other people. I’ve had them working for me for years now they do an excellent job weekend and week out. They also do extra things such as cleaning behind refrigerators behind beds behind furniture under furniture, closet, and kitchen cabinets. Another example would be them putting supplies away in the supplies closet, and keeping it arranged in a manner where you know how many rows of toilet paper and towels you have on a weekly basis. This helps you keep more control over all of your inventory and they know that. I will also tell you that they are very fair priced and do quality work. I will tell you that I do not live in the state where my Airbnb‘s are being cleaned so they are extremely responsible for letting me know and taking care of any other problems that may come upI cannot say enough about this service. "They're very good. They're very thorough. They get everything very clean. We've used other cleaning services in the past and have always been disappointed, but Ivanilde's is extremely good. I think the cost is fair for what they do. That's a little hard to answer because they give me a time frame when they expect to be there, but we are one of the last ones they clean during the day, so sometimes if they run into extra work at some place, then they may be a little late. I mean, this past Tuesday they were about a half an hour later than they had hoped to be, on average, they are quite punctual. I will use them in two weeks."
