The estimator was knowledgeable, took plenty of photos, and explained what needed to be repaired without trying to upsell us into a full replacement. The crew arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and kept the property neat throughout the project. They replaced the damaged shingles, repaired the flashing around a roof penetration, and checked the rest of the roof to make sure there weren’t any other weak spots. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they let us know exactly where the project stood each day. Everything was completed as promised, and we’ve had several heavy rainstorms since the repairs with no issues at all.
