"Great. Mike was thorough, efficient, and listened carefully. He was very interested in figuring out what was wrong. My fireplace had been shutting off intermittently. Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has. If not, I will certainly ask for him to return and replace the suspected bad part. All in all, highly recommended."

After spending some time inspecting our chimney he did not charge us any money saying that our chimney was clean and he would not charge us anything. He told us where to buy wood and other supplies.
