"I called Jose and he was very professional and responded promptly. I texted him pictures of my front steps and he instructed me on how to measure the steps. I texted him the measurements. He advised me that from the pictures it looked like the shutters would be in the way preventing the railings from being fastened to the wall. I cut the bottom of my shutters 2 inches on each side and sent him the measurements again. He gave me a date and came out when he said he would. He came with a helper and finished the project in one day. The whole process from when I first contacted him to when he finished took about 3 weeks. I actually never met Jose in person because I work during the day, the whole project was handled by phone and text. I am very pleased with the work and the price was about half of what others quoted. I would not have used him if I did not see all the great reviews he had on Angie's List because the price seemed too good to be true, but I and very glad that I did. I would recommend Allweld to anyone who is looking to have railings installed. <br />"
