We reviewed the problem, he came up with a solution and the following day, bright and early he was onsite with tools in hand. He worked quickly but neatly and resolved the issue, which will result in a long lasting repair. Very happy with him and would recommend him to others."

He advised that the cost to repair it was about half of what it would cost for a brand new handrail. He took the handrail with him and returned the following day with it repaired, freshly painted and looking like new, and installed it. Tom did an excellent job for us.
