Unfortunately our siding is fairly new so there isn't anything else we can hire Eagle Siding to do but if we ever build a home (or move into one that needs some work) they will be our first call."

We had to wait until after winter to have the work done but Rachel was good about staying in touch with us. Her project manager discovered more damage than the insurance adjuster found. "Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

He stopped by my place in Richfield and diagnosed the problem as a faulty piece of flashing and fixed it immediately. The second issue was a section of shingles that was bent back due to high winds.
