Rich was incredibly organized, responsive, patient, and polite throughout the whole process. I felt very comfortable with him explaining what I wanted done. The actual removal of the old fence and the installation of the new one went incredibly smoothly. The crew was so quiet I barely knew they were there. They knew exactly what they were doing at all times and were efficient and meticulous. The final result--a combination of a decorative aluminum fence in the front and PVC fence in the backyard--is gorgeous. I was especially thrilled with the PVC because they used the highest quality PVC, so it looks very elegant and solid. I will probably call them again to have some matching gates installed. "Great company! I needed to replace my regular door and security door. Valentino (the owner) had come by for a free assessment and estimate. He provided a fair assessment without being pushy which I greatly appreciated. The doors were custom made according to the specifications I had chosen. The crew that came by to do the installation were friendly, professional and were respectful of my property. As part of the installation of the doors, they also had to do new jambs and the bottom (I previously had a half step). The end result is absolutely beautiful and I am so happy with my new doors. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing.
