He answered my questions about the work, explaining exactly what had to be done and the cost, which was quite reasonable, called before he came, which was actually a few minutes earlier than the scheduled window, and did the repair. In terms of garage door problems, this was only a minor repair, but I will certainly be calling Central Jersey Garage Door if I need any other work done on my garage doors in the future, and I'm happy to recommend you do the same."

He came one evening and took care of that. Then he came back and loaded up that storage unit and my upstairs apartment, all by himself, during the process he communicated everything, was efficient and very professional. "DO NOT USE Howard and Lincambri Painting!!! They have painted all of my families homes and thought we can trust him...no way!!! He came for our walk through and told him things that had to be fixed and he was mad about them. They painted all over my recessed lights and didn't even tape. He then wouldn't return my calls or texts. He also wanted 75% up front before he did a thing and of course cash! Sorry but I am not paying for your employees...use your own money for that. Stay away from them and get a real painter who is their for their customers and especially REPEAT customers!!"

"Diane was great! I wasn't sure if I was going to order my own mailbox/post and just have them install or have Diane's company do it all. After speaking with her, it was an easy decision to have them take care of everything. Her prices were extremely fair and reasonable, and she was able to work around my schedule. Her installers were professional, neat, and friendly - they did a terrific job! I would definitely use them again, and I plan on recommending them to my friends and family."

"Poor experience and would recommend you go with a more professional company. A few minor issues that leads to a bad experience. 1) Cash/check only company. Not a huge deal, but definitely a negative. 2) They left everything covered when complete and don't return the next day to clean up/remove the garbage. (See pictures) 3) They removed the shower doors and don't put them back on. (See pictures). They refuse to send anyone back to put the doors back on because they "aren't trained to do that". If that's the case then why did they remove the doors in the 1st place? Communicate with your customer before you do something like that, not after? In my opinion, the job was only half done. Sub-par business with sub-par management."

"Goias Home Improvements (GHI) was recommended to us by the person from which we bought our condo. The condo needed complete gutting, as very little was done to it over time. Gil Goias of GHI literally held my hand throughout the whole process - he clearly outlined what work would be (and wouldn't be) done. He recommended where to get flooring from (MSI, Edison NJ), lighting and plumbing fixtures (Ferguson,Middletown NJ). His recommendations were always right on the money. Every week I'd get status updates on progress, which sometimes included videos. Since it was a total remodel, I was told up front to expect the unexpected, which did occur, and the change orders were clearly explained and would not start until I approved them. Gil is an excellent project manager who minimized surprises. His team of miracle workers transformed the place - there isn't anything they can't do. Their work is absolutely superb. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!"
